Wedding Planning Services:
The listing of services below gives an overview of the options available to my clients. However, each wedding celebration is different and unique - just like the bride and groom, therefore custom services can be designed to fit your particular needs. An initial wedding consultation is the first step towards "blueprinting" the details that will create the foundation of your day. Consultations are by appointment only and are FREE!
THE BASIC PACKAGE
Coordination services designed for the couple who’ve put all the pieces together, but would like to sit back and enjoy their wedding day as they’ve envisioned. Starting at 6 weeks prior to your event, this service is provided by our qualified team of consulting associates.
Your final coordination fee will be dependent on individual factors such as event complexity, size of wedding party, number of guests and location.
*This is not a planning service - it is coordination only. This level of service cannot be contracted any earlier than 4 months from the date of your event and is based on availability of our staff. While we wish to assist and accommodate you on your special day, unfortunately, we cannot accept clients who are less than 6 weeks from their anticipated wedding date.
- 2 meetings to determine the facets and overall construction of the wedding event
- Initial "Walkthrough" Of Selected Ceremony & Reception Site
- Confirmation of all vendor services 1 week prior to the wedding
- Ten (10) Phone Calls (within normal business hours)
- Unlimited E-mail Access to Consultant
- Organisation of the Rehearsal Ceremony
- Collection of all items that need to be at the reception & ceremony site, (i.e. sign in book, programmes, place cards, favors, etc.)
- Creation of a personal itinerary for the wedding party, which will be handed out at the rehearsal ceremony
- Day of Wedding - Coordination of the timing of events with all of the vendors so the wedding has a smooth flow.
- Overseeing all of the vendor's commitments and making sure they are fulfilled.
- Boxing up all of the personal items, (i.e. champagne glasses, cake knife, along with gifts) and making sure they are given to the assigned person.
- Provision of a professional wedding director that will be there two (2) hours prior to the ceremony and will remain on site until all formalities have been performed (total of eight (8) hours)
- Handling payments with the vendors, including gratuities at the end of the evening.

ADVANCED PACKAGE
Planning and management for the engaged couple whose hectic lifestyles, demanding work schedules are such that they don’t have the 250+ hours readily available to pull together their wedding event. Services include:
2nd Meeting - Review of the menu and room set up with the caterer or sales representative.
3rd Meeting - Meeting with the Florist to help create the perfect decor.
4th Meeting - Finalisation of all details two-weeks prior to the wedding.
Your final planning and management fee will be dependent on individual factors such as event complexity, size of wedding party, number of guests, location and the duration of planning time available from contract signing to actual event.
*Installation of one hundred (100) chair covers are included at this level of service. Amounts over 100 are charged at $6.00 per chair or chair cover.
- Unlimited emails and calls from the first day of contact.
- Four (4) meetings with the bride & groom

- Creation of a personal calendar to keep everything on track throughout the planning
- Answering any questions on etiquette for the day
- Creation of ideas that will personalise the wedding day
- Assistance in vendor negotiations to fit the budget
- One week prior to the wedding day, contact and confirmation of itinerary with vendors.
- Help finding the perfect location for the rehearsal ceremony.
- Creation of a personal timeline for the wedding party, which will be handed out at the rehearsal ceremony.
- Organisation of the rehearsal ceremony
- Wedding Day Service - Coordination of the timing of events from the beginning to the end.
- Working side by side with the vendors to ensure they are providing the ultimate service.
- Boxing up of all personal items, (i.e. champagne glasses, cake knife, and gifts, etc.) and making sure they are given to the assigned person.
- Handling payments with the vendors, including gratuities at the end of the evening.

THE PREMIUM PACKAGE
A luxury level of service which encompasses all facets of wedding planning, production and hands-on management. The PREMIUM PACKAGE has been meticulously crafted for the bride, groom and their families who wish to truly enjoy every moment of this exciting time coupled with the knowledge that a professional planner is seamlessly orchestrating all the minute details of the event. Services Include:

- Unlimited emails and calls from the first day of contact.
- Seven (7) meetings with the bride & groom
- Assistance with booking of appointments with vendors.
- Assistance in setting up appointments or contracting the following: photographer, video photographer, musicians for ceremony, DJ or Band, Official, invitations, rentals, transport, tuxedos, bakery, honeymoon, florist, hair, make up and much more.
- Assistance with vendor negotiations to fit the budget.
- Negotiation of hotel group room bookings for bride & groom and guests.
- Creation of a personal calendar to keep everything on track throughout the planning.
- Creation of ideas that will personalise the wedding day.
- Answering any questions on etiquette for the day.
- Assistance with creating a personal ceremony (i.e. family vows, outdoor ceremony, special readings and music.)
- One week prior to the wedding day, contact and confirmation of itinerary with vendors.
- Help finding the perfect location for the rehearsal ceremony.
- Provision of a personal timeline for the wedding party, which will be handed out at the rehearsal ceremony.
- Organisation of the rehearsal ceremony.
- Attendance at the rehearsal dinner to ensure a relaxing and wonderful experience for the wedding party and guests.
- Wedding Day Service - Coordinating the timing of events from the beginning to the end.
- Working with vendors to ensure they are providing the ultimate service.
- Boxing up of all personal items; making sure they are given to the assigned person.
- Handling of payments with the vendors, including gratuities at the end of the event.
- Provision of a professional wedding director, who will be there three (3) hours prior to the ceremony and remain until the end of the event (Total of nine (9) hours.
- In addition to your onsite wedding director, an appropriately trained coordination staff will be present to ensure the efficient management of your event. This includes a coordinator to assist the bride, groom and wedding party with pre-ceremony "getting ready" needs as well as a team to manage the flow of the ceremony site and an additional team to setup and manage installation of the reception venue.

THE ULTIMATE PACKAGE
Our Ultimate package comprises of the Premium Package plus the following additional services:

- Attending the viewing of locations for the ceremony and reception.
- Working with the Maid of Honour to coordinate the Hen weekend.
- Planning the post wedding brunch or lunch.
- Assistance in planning the Briadesmaids' luncheon or tea.
- Creation of gift baskets for guests (Up to 15 gift baskets included).
- Setting up and coordination of events for guests to enjoy during their stay.
- Day Prior to the Wedding - Provision of a personal greeter(s) for guests as they arrive at the venue.
- Greeter(s) to hand out gift baskets and itineraries to guests.
- Working with hotel management to accommodate any special needs that may be required.
- Organisation of the rehearsal ceremony.
- Provision of a personalised itinerary for the wedding party and family.
- Attendance at the rehearsal dinner to ensure a relaxing and wonderful evening for everyone.
- Wedding day service - Access to your own personal assistant from early in the morning of the wedding day.
- Coordination of the timing of events from the beginning to the end.
- Working with vendors to ensure they provide the ultimate service.
- Boxing up of all personal items; and making sure they are given to the assigned person.
- Organising payments with your vendors, including gratuities at the end of the evening.
- Decoration of the Honeymoon Suite, (fresh petals, candles, bath foam, Champagne etc. )
- Day After the Wedding - Help with the planning and coordination of the Brunch or Lunch the day after the Wedding.
